We first met Gary back in 2017, when he brought a buyer to our home, which was listed with a different agent at the time. Even though he wasn’t representing us, Gary took the time to offer thoughtful recommendations, and we were incredibly grateful. At that point, we hadn’t been receiving any guidance or feedback, so his insight meant so much to us. From that experience forward, my husband and I knew we didn’t want to work with anyone else. I am eternally grateful to Gary, Trudi and the rest of the team! I am a first time buyer, who didn’t have much more than a vision for her future home. I had little knowledge of the home buying process and what made a great home. Gary taught me through the whole process and he and Trudi listened to my wants for a house and they found me the perfect one. The house was everything I wanted and they found it for me before it was even on the market! Gary and Trudi make a great team, with Gary being very number-centered and Trudi understanding the heart of a home. I have a difficult work schedule and they made sure that everyone I had dealings with knew about it and to give me some time and grace to respond. I am very happy with how the whole process went.

Gary Owens and his team are simply the BEST realtors in Lubbock. Hands down with no close second. He came highly recommended by a realtor friend in San Antonio, and she was spot on!
